I ordered from alimed.com and, the shipping was slow. I kept thinking maybe it would update the next day, but there really weren’t many updates and it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something quickly.

I was looking for a few medical supplies and Alimed had most of them in stock, which was a relief. One item was running low, but I was still able to finish my order without too much fuss. The site was easy to get around too, which always helps. I’d probably give 5 stars if they had more size options available, but overall it worked out fine...
"Easy exchange — no hassle"
I had to swap out a brace for a different size, the whole process was really easy — no stress at all. Support got back to me quickly, and I had the right one soon after.

"Good variety, but browsing was a bit frustrating"
They do have a decent selection overall, which I appreciated, but I had mixed feelings because a few things I was specifically looking for weren’t available. It was also a little harder to browse than I expected, so the experience was just okay for me.

I had a hard time getting around the site. The navigation feels messy, and it took me longer than it should have to find what I needed. Frustrating.

I know refunds can be a headache, and my sister had me expecting some kind of runaround, but mine actually went really smoothly. I got the money back quickly and didn’t have to deal with much hassle at all

I ordered from their website and it was really straightforward . I found what I needed fast , checkout went through without any hassle , and the confirmation email showed up right away . Nothing felt confusing or annoying , so I would definitely order from them again

My experience was a bit hit or miss. The order ended up being on backorder, but I didn’t get any updates about it until I reached out and asked. A quick heads-up would’ve made a big difference

"Worked, though I was a little skeptical"
I’ll admit I was a bit suspicious at first because it felt kind of bulky and I wasn’t sure it would actually help. But after wearing it for a few days, my wrist felt steadier and the pain started easing up. The fit was okay, just not great under sleeves. Still, it did what I needed it to do, and I’d probably buy it again if I had to.

I thought the prices were fair for what you get. I’ve looked at a few competitors, and some charge more for about the same quality, so this felt like a solid deal overall.

This turned out decent. It feels sturdy, does what it’s supposed to do, and hasn’t given me any issues so far. One little part does look a bit cheap, because of course there has to be something, but for the price I really can’t complain too much. Overall, good quality and worth it.

"I just couldn’t get comfortable with it"
I ordered a support item from AliMed hoping it would help, but for me it was uncomfortable quickly. The edges kept rubbing against my skin, and the whole thing felt much stiffer than I expected. I tried adjusting it a few different ways, thinking maybe I just had it positioned wrong, but it never really felt better. I’m sure it might work fine for someone else, but I personally couldn’t wear it for more than about 20 minutes without wanting to take it off. Definitely disappointed with my experience

Overall, the billing was mostly fine, but there was one small charge that didn’t look right. Not a huge deal, but it made the experience feel a little hit or miss.

"My order was a little off"
I ordered a few basic supplies from alimed, and somehow two of the items weren’t the ones I thought I picked. The weird part is the packing slip looked correct, so I guess it was right on paper, but then the box had different sizes inside, which kind of makes it feel wrong anyway.
Customer service did get back to me, so it wasn’t a total mess, but getting it fixed took longer than I expected. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but now I’m not totally sure I’d trust the next order to show up exactly right, even though maybe it was just a one-time thing.

I had a few questions before ordering from alimed.com because I wasn’t totally sure which item I needed. I kept second-guessing myself and figured I’d probably end up choosing the wrong thing if I just guessed.
I called in, and the staff member I spoke with was really helpful. They didn’t sound like they were just reading off a script or product page, which I appreciated. They explained the differences in a way that actually made sense and helped me narrow it down.
The order itself went smoothly, and I felt a lot better about what I was buying after the call. I still had that little “hope I picked right” feeling, but overall it was nice dealing with someone who clearly knew the products.

"Felt like my emails just disappeared"
I tried reaching out to AliMed about an issue with my order, and it felt like my messages were just going into a blank inbox somewhere. I waited a few days, checked the time stamps more than once, then sent a follow-up email because I still hadn’t gotten anything useful back. When someone finally replied, it was only a couple of short lines and didn’t actually answer the specific question I asked. Super frustrating, especially when all I needed was a simple update on what was happening.
